A former Executive Director, Deputy CEO and Company Secretary, Sunitha has delivered high-impact results—from championing the voices of community organisations through once-in-a-generation legislative change, securing significant government investment in programs, to negotiating sector-wide industrial agreements and leading successful organisational turnarounds.
As the founder of Strategis Australia, she partners with not-for-profit organisations to guide their boards to strengthen governance, improve operational performance, and plan for sustainable growth. Driven by a commitment to equity, she combines policy expertise, lived multicultural experience, and practical leadership to help organisations deliver better outcomes for children, families and communities.
