Kudzayi brings values-driven, and people focused leadership fostering workplace cultures that prioritise safety, collaboration, reflection and continuous improvement. With nearly 13 years of experience working alongside migrant and refugee communities and a strong focus on trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and person-centred service delivery, Kudzayi has worked collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams leading the strategic and operational delivery of integrated client programs that centre dignity, safety and impact.

Kudzayi has been serving as Advisor – Migration Support Programs at Australian Red Cross providing national policy and practice leadership including expert guidance on advocacy and programming in response to forced marriage & gendered violence within modern slavery contexts. She united efforts with practitioners and their line managers to enhance service excellence and client outcomes. As a thought leader, Kudzayi has engaged communities, people with lived experience and collaborated with government and sector partners to influence policy and systemic reforms through evidence-informed advocacy and frontline insight for safer, equitable family violence responses for women and children from migrant and refugee communities.

Kudzayi believes that sustainable solutions to gendered violence must be shaped with and by communities. Inspired by intouch’s mission, Kudzayi looks forward to working in partnership with the team for continued impact. Her academic foundation includes a Master of Health and Human Services from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Social Work and Bachelor of Health Sciences from Monash University.
