This resource was developed through workshops with staff and the expertise of inTouch’s Direct Client Services team. It explains intersectionality as a framework and the practical ways it applies to inTouch’s work with victim-survivors from refugee and migrant backgrounds, as well as practical tips for using the steps of Recognise, Respond and Refer.
