To ensure we can provide the most appropriate and effective support for your specific situation, our standard procedure requires all clients to first engage with our intake process. This initial step allows us to conduct a thorough assessment of your needs and circumstances.
Following the completion of the intake, if legal support is identified as the appropriate pathway, a request will then be made to the inTouch Women's Legal Centre.
Answer a few questions in our quick eligibility criteria checklist.
Fill and submit Self Referral Form. An intake worker will contact you within 2 business days.
After the assessment, if you are identified as suitable for the program, you will be allocated to a Case Manager.
Finally, the Case Manager can refer you to inTouch Women’s Legal Centre as required.
inTouch services are designed to support those who:
Are women or gender non-binary clients agreeable to support from a women’s service
Are aged 18 years and older
Reside in Victoria
Are experiencing current or ongoing impact of family violence
Require an in-language and/or culturally tailored family violence service response
Require support across multiple areas and/or have complex needs
Unfortunately, we have not been able to match our service to your need. Based on your answer, it appears you only need a lawyer or legal support.
We recommend that you journey Victoria Legal Aid for your questions about the legal.
Victoria Legal Aid also provides support in your language, you can check the link here and follow the instruction.
If you are experiencing family violence and you need support on that matter, you can continue by completing Self Referral Form in the next page.
