How to refer a client

To refer a client to our case management services:

  1. Phone our intake team on 1800 755 988 to discuss your client’s needs.
  2. Complete our online client referral form.
  3. If you are a worker from a family violence service and you have already completed the risk assessment and consent form for your client, please attach the documents to the referral.
  4. One of our intake workers will then contact the client by phone, using an interpreter if needed.

How to request a secondary consultation

To request a cultural consultation/secondary consult:

  1. Phone 1800 755 988.
  2. Complete our online cultural secondary consultation form.

The intake team will record your request and a case manager will contact you within five working days.
