The National Training Manager will establish the inTouch Academy as a nationally recognized leader of evidence-based professional learning programs and provide specialist knowledge for practitioners and learners in the sector of family violence. The role will be responsible for the overall Academy functions, including designing professional learning programs, events and initiatives, managing operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality training which addresses and prevents family violence within migrant and refugee communities.

inTouch Multicultural Centre Against Family Violence (inTouch) provides person-centred, integrated and culturally responsive family violence services to people from migrant and refugee communities across Victoria. We have assisted over 20,000 women and children experiencing family violence throughout our 39 years of operation, providing a holistic service that centres the experiences of victim-survivors in everything we do.
inTouch works across the family violence continuum, providing culturally informed early intervention, case management, programs for men who use violence, legal advice, crisis recovery and enhanced capacity-building across the sector and community. You will be a practiced Training Manager with experience in either academia or support services including health, wellbeing, disability, family violence or aged care. With your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you will have successfully grown and lead teams, have strong strategic thinking and business acumen, excellent budget management skills and expertise in the following areas:
