Felicity Fast joined inTouch in 2024 as Executive Manager, Government, Corporate Relations and Growth. Felicity is passionate about social policy reform and has worked in several senior executive positions in the public sector leading significant change to critical systems and services including family violence, sexual offences, mental health and disability.
Felicity has a reputation for building trust and respect, supporting diverse voices, helping partners navigate contentious issues and advocating for change through proactive engagement. Her experience allows her to effectively engage and collaborate with sector and lived experience stakeholders to support reform implementation and strategy development.
Prior to joining inTouch Felicity was Executive Director, Strategic Coordination and Ministerial Services at the Department of Justice and Community Safety, overseeing the implementation of justice system reforms across family violence, mental health and disability. She was also responsible for management of Ministerial Services, the Public Accounts and Estimates Committee and stakeholder relations across the department. Felicity has worked in executive roles at the Department of Premier and Cabinet leading gender equality reforms as well as emergency management policy and service delivery at Premier and Cabinet and the Country Fire Authority.
Felicity holds a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in geography (community development) and politics) and Bachelor of Laws degrees from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.
