inTouch Multicultural Centre Against Family Violence is seeking a Executive Manager, Client Services to champion migrant and refugee women experiencing family violence, making a meaningful change that ensures families from these communities have safer, stronger, and more equitable responses to family violence.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Executive Manager, Client Services sits at forefront of systemic change, sector advocacy, and frontline excellence. You’ll lead our diverse service portfolios, strengthen cross-sector partnerships, and position inTouch as a thought leader in culturally responsive, trauma-informed family violence practice.

This role brings together strategic leadership, transformation, advocacy, and people management – all anchored in a deep commitment to justice and safety for migrant and refugee communities.

  • Shape services with impact – Lead the design and continuous improvement of integrated, trauma-informed services that keep the voices of migrant and refugee women and children at the centre.
  • Drive sector influence – Represent inTouch in high-level forums, government consultations, and public dialogue, ensuring culture and migration remain visible in systemic reform.
  • Champion innovation – Guide organisational transformation and drive new practice models that expand impact.
  • Inspire and lead teams – Mentor multidisciplinary teams with courage, equity and cultural humility – while building leadership capability across the organisation.
  • Amplify advocacy – Speak out against systemic inequities, embed anti-racist practice, and ensure our external influence is backed by the integrity of our internal work.

ABOUT THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

You are a dynamic leader who thrives in complexity. You can translate strategy into action and inspire others to see beyond the immediate, into what’s possible. You bring;

  • Senior leadership experience in family violence or social services, with a record of driving systemic reform and sector impact.
  • Expertise in culturally responsive, trauma-informed practice and commitment to centring lived experience in service design.
  • A track record of building high-performing, values-led teams who deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Financial, risk and governance acumen – balanced with creativity and agility.
  • The courage to advocate unapologetically for migrant and refugee communities.
