She brings over 10 years of experience in senior leadership positions, skills in leading through organisational change and ambiguity and the ability to think strategically whilst understanding operationally what is required to deliver.
Anna also has over 20 years’ experience volunteering and committee roles in community organisations, including council run childcare centres, junior football clubs and surf-life saving clubs.
Anna is currently working in the construction industry as People, Culture and Change Manager at BowdenCorp. Prior to this, she held a variety of HR leadership roles at Herbert Smith Freehills, Maurice Blackburn and King Wood Mallesons. Anna has a Masters of Commerce (HRM) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
