REFERRAL PATHWAYS

You can refer a client or request a cultural consultation/secondary consult.

How to refer a client

To refer a client to our case management services:

  1. Complete our referral form and email it to intake@intouch.org.au.
  2. If you are a worker from a family violence service and you have already completed the risk assessment and consent form for your client, please attach the documents to the referral.
  3. One of our intake workers will then contact the client by phone, using an interpreter if needed.

How to request a cultural consultation/secondary consult

To request a cultural consultation/secondary consult:
